Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time from your billing dashboard. Your access to the platform continues through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused days or weeks within a billing cycle.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are non-refundable. All annual sales are final at the time of purchase. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase date. After 48 hours, all annual sales are considered final with no exceptions.
